Account and Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Sigillarium account and all associated data.
⚠️ Warning: Irreversible Action
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your documents, seals, and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
1. What will be deleted?
On our servers:
- User account: Email address and encrypted password
- Subscription data: Information about your premium subscription
On your device (manual deletion):
Your documents are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. To completely delete them:
- Uninstall the Sigillarium app from your device
- This will delete all local documents, watermarks, and settings
2. How to delete your account?
Two options are available:
Option 1: Via the app (Coming soon)
- Open the Sigillarium app
- Go to Settings > Account
- Select "Delete my account"
- Confirm deletion
Option 2: Via email (Available now)
3. Deletion timeline
- Immediate: Account access suspended
- Within 30 days: Complete deletion of all data from our servers
- Backups: Deleted from all backups within 90 days maximum
4. What is retained?
We retain NO data after deletion, except:
- Email address (hashed) for 90 days to prevent accidental recreation
- Legal compliance data if required by law
